Mahen Singarajah is the primary sponsor of 1999

We are pleased to announce that real estate broker from RE/MAX Mahen Singarajah has agreed to come on board as the primary sponsor of 1999.

Mr. Mahen Singarajah, who has a special interest in promoting art is known for his support of local art. He and his business partner Mr. Adolf Furtado have been in real estate business for many years and are very well known in the Toronto South Asian Community. Their dedication, commitment and honesty make them some of the most successful realtors in Toronto and are evidenced by the repeat and referral business they get.

Mr. Mahen Singarajah was instrumental in creating Magosa Credit Union, the first and only such institution in Canada explicitly focused on the Sri Lankan community. We had a private screening of 1999 to Mahen and Adolf and they were very impressed by the movie and Mahen immediately came on board without any preconditions.

Mahen Singarajah’s contribution has helped us tremendously and it came in the right time. Please take a moment to send him your appreciation for his generosity and please help him by referring your friends and family.
