We are excited to note that 1999 has been officially selected to open this year’s Tamil Film Festival that will take place in Oslo Norway from Feb 6 to 09th. The festival will take place at Filmenshus Kino in Oslo and will feature 15 finest Tamil Films that came out recently including 1999. Our movie will be scheduled to be screened on Feb 7 at 4:00 PM. Some of the other selected movies include Samuthirakani’s “Nadodigal”, Mishkin’s “Nandalala”, and Sasikumar’s “Subramaniapuram”. It is a huge honor to see 1999 participate and competes with these high caliber films. Mishkin, Samuthirakani, Sasikumar and S. P. Jananathan will be among the many directors from Tamil Nadu who will participate in this festival. This will be the European Premiere for 1999 and we encourage everyone to consider joining us in Oslo.
